Who handles your information
JL Sourcing China Co., Limited handles information submitted through this website enquiry service.
Information we collect
We collect the contact and requirement information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, requested service, product requirement, quantity, destination and target timing.
We also keep limited attribution information associated with the visit, such as the initial landing page, referring website origin and supplied UTM campaign fields. We do not ask you to create an account to send an enquiry.
How we use it
We use the information to review and respond to enquiries about sourcing, quality control and order management. An enquiry does not create a customer account, confirmed order or contractual commitment.
Infrastructure and access
The website and its independent enquiry API use service infrastructure needed to receive and store submissions. Access should be limited to people who need the information to review or respond to the enquiry. The public website does not receive access to JL Sourcing China’s internal Operations system through this form.
Retention
Spam or rejected submissions are intended to be kept only for a short period before deletion. Enquiries that do not lead to further business are intended to be reviewed, deleted or anonymised within approximately 12 months. Where an enquiry becomes part of a formal business relationship, relevant records may be handled under the applicable business or legal record policy.
Automated retention enforcement is not currently implemented, so these periods describe the review policy rather than a guarantee of deletion on an exact day.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information. Until a dedicated privacy email is published, contact JL Sourcing China through the approved business WhatsApp number and include your inquiry reference where available.
